From the subtropical north of New Zealand comes a bespoke performance vessel. Honed on the gulfs and bays of New Zealand's North Island, Phil and Jonathan Edgar, and the team of experts they've brought together, have an innate understanding of the ocean and the tools a vessel needs to conquer it.
Phil has a lifetime of quality boat-builds to his name, including having built racing yachts and launches, as well as game-changing vessels. He broke records for the fastest diesel cruiser in the southern hemisphere with his build; Pzazzz and after a move to the coast, had time to sit with Jonathan and craft plans for a ground-breaking tender company.
From his base in Europe, Jonathan has achieved success in his long-term role as a superyacht captain. Seeing a gap in the industry for tenders and RIBS which perform to an exceptionally high standard, while delivering an impeccable guest experience, and functionality for the crew, he was pleased to join with Phil in designing a new standard of vessel. His time in the superyacht industry has informed the philosophy behind JP RIBS - bespoke, high-quality, custom craft, finished to an exceptionally high standard.
Together, they've brought together a team of experts in their fields, across naval architecture, design, build, upholstery, marine electronics and engineering, to create RIBS and tenders that are breaking boundaries across every aspect of their design.
